Personal limits

Wildz promotes various personal gaming limits to help players control their gambling behaviour.

Available to players at all times, our responsible gambling tools include deposit and loss limits as well as Time Outs, which let you take a break and “cool off.” All limits can be managed in the “Limits” section under “My Account.”

• Deposit limit: This lets you control how much money you can deposit over a rolling period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Once you’ve reached your limit, you won’t be able to deposit until it resets.
• Net loss limit: The Net loss limit helps you stop playing once your predefined loss limit amount is met, preventing you from placing further wagers with us during the selected period.
• Time Out: If you need to step away from gambling for a while, our time-out option lets you take a break for a set period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days). You won’t be able to access your account during this time, and it will automatically reopen once the time-out ends.
• Reality Check: to track your gambling activity during a session. At regular 60-minute intervals, messages on the screen will reveal specific info about your current session, such as the time played and the amount spent/won. At the same time, you’ll be given the option to view your transaction history or leave the game you are playing. The default Reality Check interval setting is 60 minutes. You can modify this time length in “My Account” under “My Profile”, where the feature can also be turned off.

You can configure the limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This can be done instantly if you want to decrease (make stricter) a limit. If you want to increase (make less strict) a limit, you must wait 24 hours.

Self-exclusion

Our Self-Exclusion Programme is a support tool designed for players who may be experiencing gambling-related issues or who feel they need a break from gambling.

This programme allows players to take a break from gambling for a defined period (for example: 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, etc.) or indefinitely. During this time, access to the account will be restricted, allowing players to pause, access support resources, and return to play only when they feel ready.

If you wish to stop playing for reasons unrelated to gambling, you may consider using the “Time-Out” or “Account Closure” feature instead.

How to activate a self-exclusion (via customer support)

You may contact our Customer Support team via Live Chat for assistance with activating a self-exclusion. A member of our Support team will notify you once the self-exclusion has been successfully applied.

Reinstatement of a self-exclusion (via customer support)

Once the self-exclusion period has elapsed, you may choose to regain access to your account. To do so, you would need to contact our Customer Support with your request for review.

Please note that requests to reinstate a self-exclusion, whether definite or indefinite, are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before account access can be restored. A request made by the player to decrease or revoke a definite period of self-exclusion shall be effective only after the lapse of not less than twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the reinstatement request. A request made by the player to decrease or revoke an indefinite period of self-exclusion shall be effective only after the lapse of not less than seven (7) days from the time of the reinstatement request. Account reinstatement is at Wildz’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline reinstatement if we believe the player may still be at risk.

If you feel that you still need more time away from gambling after the chosen period of time has elapsed, you may extend this period by contacting us.

Managing funds and withdrawals during self-exclusion

Players can still contact Customer Support to withdraw any remaining funds during self-exclusion. This process allows access to balances (subject to verification) while preventing new deposits until the exclusion ends.

Marketing restrictions

Marketing and promotional communications will be paused to ensure no further direct outreach during the exclusion period.

Confidentiality and data protection

The details of any self-exclusion, including duration and personal information, will be kept strictly confidential and accessible only to authorised personnel. All self-exclusion data will be stored securely in compliance with applicable privacy laws to protect player privacy.
