Play Plague City in Canada

Plague City turns a 6x5 Scatter Pays board into a spreading outbreak system. DEGEN Studios released the horror slot on 8 July 2026 with Plague Wave Respins, Wilds that carry three lives and Free Spins that grow through Vaccine collections.

Plague City Game Overview

Plague City uses 30 symbol positions and pays for groups of at least eight matching regular symbols appearing anywhere. Fixed lines and adjacent clusters are not required, because the award depends on the total matching-symbol count shown in one result.

Plague City follows every successful evaluation with a cascade. Paid symbols disappear, fresh icons enter the board, and winning positions gain infection marks that can prepare a separate respin event.

How Does Plague City Work?

Plague City checks the full window for eight or more copies of one paying symbol. A qualifying set pays, leaves the board and makes room for a new drop, which can extend the round without charging another wager.

Plague City also records where winning symbols appeared by placing infection frames on those cells. Several wins can expand the marked area before a Med Kit activates Plague Wave Respins.

Plague City Plague Wave Respins

Plague City launches Plague Wave Respins when a Med Kit appears while at least one infected cell is active. The marked positions remain in play, and the sequence lasts until the infection has been removed through wins or the board produces no further winning result.

Plague City holds Wilds in place during the respins and assigns three lives to each one. Every winning cascade uses one life, while a newly arriving Wild increases all active Wild multipliers by +1x.

Plague City Wild Multiplier Inheritance

Plague City lets Wild values build across multiple cascades rather than treating each Wild as a single static substitute. The addition of another Wild raises the multiplier on every active Wild, so several symbols can progress together.

Plague City can transfer an expired Wild’s multiplier to a later Wild. This inheritance rule preserves part of the feature’s progression after a three-life Wild leaves the grid.

Plague City Free Spins

Plague City opens Plague Breakout Free Spins with four, five or six Scatters, and every version starts with eight spins. The six-Scatter Super Free Spins mode doubles the usual growth step by adding +2x to all active Wilds whenever a new Wild lands.

Plague City changes Scatters into collectible Vaccines for the bonus round. Vaccine milestones can retrigger 5 to 10 spins and raise the starting multiplier applied to subsequent Wilds.

Plague City RTP

Plague City has a 94.28% return-to-player rate in the MGA version listed by Wildz. This percentage describes expected long-run return across a very large number of wagers and cannot forecast a short session.

Plague City may exist in other approved RTP versions outside this listing. The rules and help screen inside the active game should therefore be checked before any real-money spin.

Plague City Volatility

Plague City is rated 8/10 for volatility by the platform, which places it in the high category. Results can be concentrated around less frequent feature rounds and developing multiplier chains rather than arriving at a steady pace.

Plague City does not become due for a feature after a quiet sequence. Each paid result is generated independently, and session limits should be chosen without assuming previous outcomes influence the next one.

Plague City Maximum Win

Plague City can award up to 10,000x the stake. The amount is a fixed maximum within the slot’s mathematics and is not linked to a progressive pool shared with other players.

Plague City scales the cash equivalent of a multiplier with the wager selected. A larger stake raises financial exposure but does not make the 10,000x result more probable.

How to Play Plague City in Canada

Plague City is played by setting an available wager and starting a spin, after which the board evaluates matching-symbol totals and any resulting cascades. Read the paytable first, note the eight-symbol threshold and monitor infection frames as they collect.

Plague City also offers feature-purchase choices where local rules and the casino permit them: 100x for the four-Scatter bonus, 125x for the five-Scatter version and 250x for a Mystery Buy. These options change entry into a feature but do not remove its random outcome.

Can You Play Plague City on Mobile?

Yes, Plague City is available on compatible smartphones and tablets. Its browser layout retains the 6x5 playing area and the indicators used for infection, Wild lives, multiplier values and Vaccines.

Plague City needs enough screen space to show several changing counters during feature play. Rotating the device or using a full-screen browser view can make those details easier to follow without changing the underlying game rules.

Can You Play Plague City for Free?

Yes, Plague City has a demo mode enabled at Wildz. Virtual-credit play provides a way to observe cascades, Plague Wave Respins and the different Free Spins triggers without wagering real money.

Plague City produces random results in demo mode just as it does in cash play. A successful practice round is not evidence that the same symbols or multipliers will occur after switching modes.

Plague City in Canada

Plague City can be played through eligible online casino services operating under the rules that apply to the reader’s province or territory. Canadian gambling oversight is provincial, so minimum ages, regulatory bodies and market structures are not identical across the country.

Plague City players should confirm the operator’s licence, identity-verification process and responsible-gambling tools before depositing. The game’s 8/10 volatility makes deposit, loss and session limits particularly relevant to advance planning.

Canadian Rules for Plague City

Plague City real-money access is governed at provincial or territorial level rather than through one nationwide online-casino regulator. Alberta’s regulated private market launched on July 13, 2026, while Ontario operates a separate closed model for registered operators.

Plague City players elsewhere in Canada generally face a minimum age of 18 or 19 depending on location. Internationally licensed casino services remain subject to their own registration, verification and responsible-gambling terms.
