1 - Bonus Limits

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, household, computer, IP address and payment method.

2 - Forfeiting Bonuses

Players may forfeit their Bonus Money at any time and withdraw any remaining Real Money balance, provided all applicable terms and conditions have been met.

3 - Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion:

• Casino bonuses are subject to a 35x wagering requirement.
• Sports bonuses are subject to a 6x wagering requirement.

4 - Bonus Funds and Real Money

When both Real Money and Bonus Money are available, funds will be used in the following order:

1. Real Money
2. Bonus Money

Real Money wagers do not contribute towards Bonus wagering requirements.

Only wagers placed using Bonus Money, or wagers containing Bonus Money, will contribute towards wagering. A maximum of €5 in Bonus Money per wager will count towards the wagering requirement.

5 - Negligible Bonus Balance

Any remaining Bonus Money balance below €0.05 may be automatically forfeited.

6 - Maximum Bonus Bet

While Bonus Money is active, the maximum permitted wager is €5 per transaction or €0.50 per bet line, unless stated otherwise.

Wildz reserves the right to void wagers, remove Bonus Money and confiscate any associated winnings if this limit is exceeded. This also applies to winnings generated after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

7 - Wagering Contributions

Different Casino games contribute differently towards Casino Bonus wagering requirements.

• All Casino Slots contribute 100%, except the following games, which contribute 0%: 1429 Uncharted Seas, Bloodsuckers, Beautiful Bones Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2, Eggomatic, Eye of the Kraken, Gemix, Jack Hammer 2, Pearls of India, Scrooge, Secrets of Atlantis, Sea Hunter, Steam Tower, Tower Quest, Viking Runecraft, Lil Devil, The Wish Master, Kingmaker, Beautiful Bones, Wild Swarm, Blazing Bull, Hellcatraz, Street Fighter II, Royal Mint, Marching Legions, Extreme 7 and Book of 99.
• All Table Games and Live Casino games contribute 50%.
• All Video Poker games contribute 0%.

Some games are excluded from Bonus play. If a game is unavailable while using Bonus Money, an error message will be displayed when attempting to launch the game or place a wager.

8 - Deposit Bonuses and Free Cash

Unless stated otherwise, Deposit Bonuses and Free Cash rewards expire 24 hours after being issued, excluding the Welcome Bonus.

Once accepted, Bonus Money remains valid for 60 days, unless a different validity period is specified in the relevant promotion.

Players must log in to their Wildz account and visit My Rewards to claim available rewards before they can be used.

9 - Bonus Money Expiry

Wildz reserves the right to remove any unused Bonus Money 60 days after it has been awarded unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.

10 - Risk Hedging

Betting strategies intended to eliminate or significantly reduce risk, including but not limited to placing opposing bets on the same outcome, do not contribute towards wagering requirements or promotional progress.

Players found to be using such strategies may have their Bonus Money, promotional rewards and any associated winnings removed.

11 - Free Spins

Winnings from Free Spins are subject to a 35x wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.

If no specific wagering requirement is provided when Free Spins are awarded, the standard 35x wagering requirement will apply to any winnings generated.

Free Spins awarded as part of the Welcome Bonus, Levelz or any other promotion will be allocated to a game selected by Wildz, unless otherwise stated.

12 - Free Bets

Free Bets are subject to the following conditions:

• Free Bets must be used in a single wager unless otherwise stated.
• Any returns from a Free Bet are paid excluding the stake. For example, a €10 Free Bet placed at odds of 3.00 returns €20 in winnings.
• Unused Free Bets expire seven (7) days after being credited unless otherwise specified.
• Free Bets are non-withdrawable.
• Free Bets cannot be cashed out.
• Free Bets placed on voided bets will not be paid out as winners and will not be reinstated.
• Wildz reserves the right to remove Free Bets and any associated winnings where fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected.

13 - Bet & Get

A Bet & Get promotion rewards players for completing specific betting requirements.

The following conditions apply unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms:

• Qualifying bets must meet any specified minimum odds, bet type and market requirements.
• Qualifying bets must be placed using Real Money.
• Bets settled as void or cashed out do not qualify.
• Free Bets earned through a Bet & Get promotion are generally credited within 24 hours of the qualifying bet settling.

14 - Risk-Free Bet

A Risk-Free Bet allows players to receive Sports Bonus Money if a qualifying Real Money bet loses.

The following conditions apply unless otherwise stated:

• The qualifying bet must be placed using Real Money.
• The bet must be placed on eligible markets specified in the promotion.
• If the qualifying bet wins, the normal winnings are paid.
• If the qualifying bet loses, the qualifying refund is credited as Sports Bonus Money.
• Sports Bonus Money awarded through a Risk-Free Bet is subject to the standard 6x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.
• Wildz reserves the right to remove Risk-Free Bet rewards and associated winnings where misuse or abuse is identified.

15 - Incomplete Feature Plays

Any winnings from Free Spins or bonus features initiated using Bonus Money, but completed after the Bonus has been wagered, expired, forfeited or removed, will be forfeited.

16 - Saved Progress in Games

Using Bonus Money primarily to unlock or advance bonus features in games that save progress is prohibited.

Examples include, but are not limited to, Scrooge, Devil’s Delight, Champion of the Track, Castle Builder and Robin Hood.

Wildz reserves the right to void any Bonus Money, associated winnings and subsequent winnings resulting from such activity.

17 - Welcome Offer

The Wildz Welcome Offer is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit.

After completing your deposit, you can choose one of the following Welcome Bonuses:

• Casino Welcome Bonus
• Sports Welcome Bonus

Only one Welcome Bonus may be claimed per player.

17.1 Welcome Bonus Deposit

A minimum deposit of €10 is required to activate the Welcome Offer.

Your selected Welcome Bonus will be credited after your deposit is complete and your preferred Bonus is selected.

17.2 Casino Welcome Bonus

The Casino Welcome Bonus includes:

The following conditions apply:

• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.60 qualify towards the wagering requirement.
• Sports Bonus Money is non-withdrawable.
• Bets placed using Sports Bonus Money cannot be cashed out.

17.4 Welcome Offer Restrictions

The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per player.

Once a Welcome Bonus has been selected, it cannot be exchanged for the alternative Welcome Bonus.

Wildz reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Welcome Offer at any time.

18 - Progress Meter

A minimum wager of €0.20 using either Real Money or Bonus Money is required to advance the Progress Meter.

Completing the Progress Meter awards a spin on Levelz.

Any winnings generated from Levelz Free Spins are subject to the standard Bonus wagering requirements.

19 - Level-Ups

Players receive a free Level-Up that can be activated on the following day whenever they advance a level through normal gameplay.

Only one (1) next-day Level-Up can be awarded per day. If multiple levels are reached on the same day, only one next-day Level-Up will be granted.

Claiming a next-day Level-Up does not trigger an additional Level-Up for the following day.

Next-day Level-Ups can only be earned through eligible gameplay.

20 - Cashback

Cashback is calculated from net losses generated using Real Money only. Wagers placed using Bonus Money do not contribute towards Cashback.

The following conditions apply:

• Cashback is paid as Bonus Money.
• Standard Bonus wagering requirements apply unless otherwise stated.
• A minimum of €1 Cashback must be earned before it can be credited.
• Cashback is only paid to active player accounts.
• The maximum Cashback available from a Cashback Chip in My Rewards is €100.

21 - Loyalty+ Cashback

Loyalty+ Cashback is calculated using the following formula:

(Real Money + Bonus Money bets) − (Real Money + Bonus Money wins) − Bonus granted − jackpot contribution + (Bonus forfeited + Bonus expired + Bonus auto-forfeited).

The following conditions apply:

• Cashback ranges from 10% to 20% of eligible net losses.
• An additional 2% Cashback is awarded for every €2,000 in eligible net losses, up to a maximum of 20%.
• The Cashback period runs from Friday 00:00 UTC until Thursday 23:59 UTC each week.
• Loyalty+ Cashback is paid as Bonus Money and is subject to a 1x wagering requirement.
• A minimum of €10 Cashback must be earned before it can be credited.
• Cashback is only paid to active player accounts.
• Loyalty+ Cashback is shared across the following Wildz Group brands: Wildz, Beazt, Caxino, Wheelz, Spinz and Tuplaus. Once claimed on one participating brand, the Cashback will no longer be available on the others.

22 - Spinback™ Free Spins

If you don’t win on five (5) consecutive Real Money spins playing Sweet Bonanza or John Hunter and the Tomb of the Scarab Queen, you will be credited with one free spin on John Hunter and the Book of Tut.

• Bonus Money spins, and Free Spins will not accumulate Spinback Free Spins.

• Spinback is only triggered when the player is wagering on all ten bet lines and at least a 0.20 EUR stake.

• Spinback Free Spins will be available in My Rewards once the player is credited with five (5) Spinback Free Spins (five consecutive misses, five times).

• The value of Spinback Free Spins is based on the smallest bet the player makes during the game rounds where Spinback Free Spins were accumulated. 23 - Buy Free Spins Bundles

Buy Free Spins Bundles are purchased using funds from your Real Money balance.

The following conditions apply:

• Sufficient Real Money must be available to complete the purchase.
• Purchased Free Spins must be claimed within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated.
• Purchases are non-refundable.
• Purchased Free Spins are allocated to the game specified on the Reward Card and cannot be transferred to another game.
• Once the applicable wagering requirements are met, winnings from purchased Free Spins are converted into Real Money.

24 - Balance Booster Bonus

Balance Booster bonuses are credited as Bonus Money. The qualifying deposit connected to the promotion is also converted into Bonus Money.

The following conditions apply:

• The Bonus amount depends on the percentage and maximum value specified in the relevant promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, the qualifying deposit and Bonus Money are each subject to the standard 35x wagering requirement.
• Attempting to withdraw funds before the wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the remaining Balance Booster balance.
• All applicable General Bonus Terms apply.
• Offer availability may vary.

25 - Promotional Changes

Wildz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any Bonus, promotion or reward at any time where required, including where fraud, abuse, technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the promotion.

26 - General Terms

These Bonus Terms are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Wildz Casino.
