The Premier League is back!

Sandro Tonali to Spurs, Elliot Anderson to Man City and Youri Tielemans to Man Utd are just some moves designed to shake up the new season. Then there’s defending champions Arsenal who are reloading with the likes of Bruno Guimarães, Christos Tzolis and possibly more to follow. All this means that we’re gearing up for maybe the best season ever. Let’s get into the bets!

Best Premier League outright wagers

Most pundits think that now the dam is broken, Arsenal (2.55) will start a long period of dominance under Mikel Arteta. However, with such a loaded squad, is that where the smart money lives?

Will Man City (3.95) and new manager Enzo Maresca be the key to wrestling the Premier League trophy away from north London? And what about Man Utd (7.50) and their rebuild? There’s a feel-good factor buzzing around Old Trafford, but can interim-turned-permanent manager Michael Carrick successfully balance domestic and European demands?

Speaking of clever wagers, the Football nerds at Wildz Sports think Chelsea (9.50) is a wiser choice for the best value. Can Xabi Alonso and a bunch of wise signings be worth a punt? After working miracles at Bayer Leverkusen, can he do the same for the Blues?

Matchday 1 Bets of the Day

Ahead of the big kick-off, we’ve got two massive boosted Bets of the Day. That’s right, we’re offering:

‘Arsenal to beat Coventry, score in both halves and Gyökeres to score’ from 2.50 to 4.00 (live onsite from Wednesday 19th August 2026).
‘Liverpool to beat Newcastle and Isak to score’ from 2.80 to 5.00 (live onsite from Friday 21st August 2026).

Top Goalscorer betting leaders

Regarding the Golden Boot, we have the usual suspects such as the “Striking Viking” Erling Haaland (1.65), Alexander Isak (10.00) and Igor Thiago (10.00).

But at Wildz Sports we see great value in Joao Pedro (18.00) and Benjamin Šeško (20.00). Another great shout is “Cold” Cole Palmer (40.00). After missing out on the World Cup, he’ll have a point to prove with his lethal marksmanship and vision for assists. He’s also Chelsea’s penalty taker.

Fancy another marksman? Then head to our Premier League Golden Boot betting hub for more options.
